Avocados
Our Sabah Avocados are a product of nature, plucked from trees & pesticide-free. SFP will not be liable for any replacement or refund for these normal variations:
a. Differences in variety, weight, size, shape or colour of fruit received from what SFP advertised on social media
b. Natural spots, lines, nicks, cuts & light bruises on the skin from contact with tree branches & other fruits
c. Purple veins on the flesh of the fruit
d. Damage or bruises on the fruit caused by courier handling on its journey to be delivered to you from Farm-To-Door
e. Unavoidable moisture or mushiness of the fruit due to an unnatural ripening process caused by changes in temperatures from the shipment process
f. Fruit damage/rot due to delay of more than 2 days by the courier company in delivering the package to the customer
Exception : SFP will offer the following in the event of fruit rot, fungal infections or worms inside the fruit :
a. < 50% of package : Discount on your next purchase b. > 50% of package : Full package replacement
